VMCVM Staff Spotlight: Soni Mills , articleMeet Soni Mills, a community practice technician at the veterinary college. Soni, who values working hard and staying humble, sees her work as balancing science with compassion and the voices animals don't have. She loves working with students: "Being a part of their learning experience is so special and rewarding, knowing and hearing that you have made a difference in the careers of these special humans." At home she has a daughter who inspires her and 15 pets, some with fur, some with scales, some with feathers.
